If you have followed me for a long time, you will know that I publicly like to set big goals and then talk about what I do to try and achieve them. (Often failing on the process but landing something different or better instead).
My goal for 2024 is to hit 1,001 paid subscribers so that once I get childcare for my third baby in September, I can start to make writing and workshops my full-time job.
I have two motivations for this:
Since I left one of the biggest creative PR agencies in London, UK, to set up my consultancy, I’ve wanted to champion brilliant business owners who don’t have the budget for huge agency fees but need help getting themselves out there. This will be the most affordable way to work with me.
My second child will be due for his next open-heart surgery in the next 15 months, and I would love to build up a flexible way of working so that when this happens, I can be by their side every day.
I’ve stopped taking agency clients since the end of October when the co-founder of my children left the business for an in-house role, and I’m now practising a new solo business in public.
